iPhone App Store hits 500 million download mark, in just six months, and Gizmodo.com was kind enough to breakdown the number of actual downloads by App category into this helpful pie chart. Great stuff. I contributed to 5 of these categories, although I must say that the 1% Useful App segment is a little generous and I think iBeer should be more towards the upper teens.
