Blue Bomber defencemen, Jacques LaCroix, suffered what we are being told is “a lower body injury” and at this time will be out for the rest of the season and will not be back in time for playoffs. LaCroix, known by his fans as simply “The Hammer”, has been a staple on the Bomber defence throughout his multi-year career and may never recover from this devastating injury.
